Payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-compliant processor. Your full card details are entered with Stripe and are not stored on Hemi's servers. Stripe's handling of your data is governed by its own privacy policy.

We keep information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, resolve disputes, and meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements. You can request deletion as described below; some records may be retained where law requires.
We use technical and organizational safeguards including encrypted transport (HTTPS), least-privilege database roles, and tenant isolation so one agency's data can't be read by another, and so the public booking site cannot read resident records. No system is perfectly secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.
You may access or update your account information in the portal, opt out of non-essential messages, and request access to or deletion of your personal information by contacting us. If you're a renter, certain requests may be directed to the owner or agency that controls your rental record.
